• Zest and juice of 1/2 orange

• 2 tbsp (30 mL) almonds or amaretti cookies crushed
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) dried raisins
• 1/3 cup (80 mL) pecans chopped
• 8 oz (250 g) Canadian Gouda cheese cut into wedges
