• 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
• 1/2 loaf of herb or fennel infused bread
• 5 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil, divided
• 1 small shallot, minced
• 1 medium cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Thyme balsamic
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup packed basil leaves, roughly chopped
