- 1 macaron baking mix
- 65 g of egg whites (About 2 medium egg whites)
- 2 drops of red food coloring, Gel or powder, not water based (Optional)
- 10 fresh raspberries
- 1/3 C (65g) of heavy whipping cream
- 1 C (130g) of dark chocolate (We recommend around 54% of cocoa)
- 1 tbsp (10g) of butter at room temperature
