  • 355 ml (1 ½ cups) sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream, whipped to very soft peaks
  • 85 g (3 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 355 ml (1 ½ cups) milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
