- 355 ml (1 ½ cups) sliced almonds
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons water
- 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream, whipped to very soft peaks
- 85 g (3 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 355 ml (1 ½ cups) milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
