• 2 Sirloin Steaks
• For the marinade: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tablespoons honey, A pinch of chilli flakes
• 330g cherry tomatoes
• A large handful of rocket leaves
• Handful of freshly grated parmesan
