Lentil Walnut Sauage Rolls – Lucky Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 brown onion, finely diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp tamari or soy sauce
• 2 x 400g can brown lentils, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup Lucky Crumbed Walnuts
• 1 zucchini, grated
• 1 carrot, grated
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp freshly chopped herbs
• 3 sheets puff pastry
• Milk, for brushing
