Ingredients

• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 white onion
• 4 celery stalks
• 200 g green beans
• 2 large carrots
• 1/2 a butternut squash
• 400 g kidney beans (tin)
• 800 g chopped tomatoes (2 tins)
• 1 small white baton (bread)
• 100 g cheese
• Basil
• salt, and pepper to serve
