• 1 ½ cups cups of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• ½ cup tahini
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Luvafoodie Garlic Lovers spice
• 5 tbsp water
• ½ cup feta cheese
• ½ cup pearl mozzarella balls
• ¼ cup sliced green onions
• ¾ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley
• Small cherry tomatoes assorted colors cut in half
• ½ cup sliced olives
• 1 slice of cheddar cheese cut into a star shape
• Pita chips or pita bread
