Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Warm Water
• 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
• 1 teaspoon Honey
• 1 1/3 c Spelt Flour 260g
• 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
• 2 teaspoons or 1 sachet Bakers Yeast
• 2 large Leeks, sliced in halves lengthwise, then chopped into half moons, rinsed and dried
• 2 Apples, sliced
• 2 tablespoons Ghee or Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
• 1/2 Sharp Cheese (cheddar, Gruyere, even blue) dairy or plant based, shredded
• Sea Salt
• Pepper
• Optional: Drizzle of honey, really kicks it up a notch
