  • One whole Streamside cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 80g of Tasty Cheddar
  • 80g of Colby cheese.
  • 50g of Jalepenos- optional, or a small teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Panko breadcrumbs to cover
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried oregano.
