Cherry Clafoutis - Danny's Delight

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 cup fresh pitted cherries
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1-2 tbsp almond -flavored, liqueur, such as amaretto
• 3 large eggs
• 1- 1/4 cup whole milk
• 2 tsp real vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup slivered almonds
• Powdered sugar, for dusting
