- 0,25 dl balsamic vinegar
- 1 dl apple juice
- 150 g jam, e.g. blackcurrant or redcurrant
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- pepper
- 1,5 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp. duck fat, added before serving
