- 3 dl all-purpose flour (1 ¼ cup)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 100 g butter (3.5 oz)
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 tin (á 397 g) condensed caramel (200 g or 7 oz)
- 150 g milk chocolate (5.25 oz)
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- sea salt flakes
