- 1 egg per person
- 1/2 clove of garlic, separated and skin removed
- 4 beef feet ( optional )
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp cinamom
- 1/2 cup wheat berries or barley (optional)
