- Add dry red chillies torn up
- 1 crushed whole black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
- Add 1-2 thick slices of onion Saute it
- Add water to soften
- 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon tumeric
- Add rosemary /thyme etc
- 1 grated tomato (mummy ma style No Tomato) Braise for 5 minutes
- Add Salt to taste
