Ingredients

• 180g Hakubaku Organic Ramen noodles
• 2 tbsp Hoi-sin sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 2 tbsp corn flour
• 400g stir-fry chicken breast
• 1 tbsp macadamia or olive oil
• 1/4 purple Chinese cabbage, diced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, diced
• 1 tsp chicken stock
• 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• small handful parsley, chopped
