• 1/2 lb (1/2 standard box) pasta of choice
• 1 cup grated parm
• 5-6 garlic cloves
• 6-7 large basil leaves
• 2 cups packed spinach
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 cup heavy cream
• salt and pepper to taste
