Ingredients
- 125g soft margarine
- 125g Greek yoghurt
- 200g light soft brown sugar
- 100mls elderflower cordial
- 50mls elderflower cordial ( drizzling on top )
- 225g Odlums Self-Raising Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 100 150g pistachio nuts ( de-shelled weight )
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 350g icing sugar
- 75g real butter (softened)
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- A few tbsp elderflower cordial
- Sprigs of elderflowers
- 50g pistachios ( shelled )
