- 1 cup very ripe mashed bananas, (from 2 to 3 bananas)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from 1 lemon
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup (packed) dark brown sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Pinch salt
- Sliced ripe bananas
- Chopped pecans
