Ingredients

• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• 1/2 large carrot, peeled and diced
• 4 cups sweet potatoes (approx. 2 small), peeled and cubed
• 4 GUSTA Vegan dog sliced
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme
• 1 can cooked lentils (540ml or approx.), rinsed & drained
• 1 small bunch kale (equivalent to about 4 cups), ribs removed and sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
