Ingredients

• 2 cup all-purpose flour (spoon flour into dry-measure cup and level off)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 6 large egg whites
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• heaping 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I would not recommend using natural peanut butter)
• 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup fruit jelly, slightly warmed
