Ingredients
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning or marinade
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 x 400g can(s) of jackfruit
- 100g strong bread flour
- handful of fresh thyme
- 50g panko breadcrumbs
- tbsp vegetable oil for deep frying
- 20g Nooch
