Delicious Apple Pie Balls | Vegan & Gluten Free | Livia's Kitchen
Apple pie is an all-time favourite so we thought that we’d reinvent it into apple pie balls instead! The cinnamon cookie dough has an apple sauce centre.
Ingredients
- 100g applesauce (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 17g coconut oil (1 tbsp)
- 30ml maple syrup (2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 60g crushed pecans (1/2 cup)
- 55g coconut oil (1/4 cup)
- 125ml maple syrup (1/2 cup)
- 220g oat flour (2 cups)
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
