• 1 lb parsnips
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• 1/8 tsp cloves
• 1/8 tsp allspice
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• 2 lemons, grated rind and juice
• 1 egg yolk
