Saucy Prawns recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg tiger prawns keep shell on -butterfly drain well
• 1 tablespoon garlic crushed
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 3 tablespoon Nandos peri peri sauce
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 tablespoon olive 🫒 oil
• ½ cup fresh cream
• 50g butter
• 3 tablespoon Nandos bushveld braai (bbq) sauce
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• Red coloring
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• Add 2 prawns simmer till creamy
