Saucy Spicy Prawns recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg prawns
• Washed.
• Add in 3 cloves garlic crushed
• Add in salt
• 2 teaspoon Chilli powder
• Lemon juice
• 1 /4 cup fresh cream
• 1 /4 cup olive oil
• 2 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 /2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 50g butter
• 1 /2 cup fresh cream
• 2 tablespoon Minnie's Portuguese peri peri
• 2tbl Minnie's MOZAMBICAN peri peri
• 2 tablespoon Minnie's prego
• 1 tablespoon steers prego
• 1 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
• Add to cooked prawns.
