• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 & 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups unsalted pistachios
• 6 large egg whites
• Ermine Frosting, Cream Cheese, Buttercream Frosting, or your choice
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
