• 1 1/2 cup Craisins
• 7 eggs
• 1/4 tsp. ginger
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 package (10 oz) pecan pieces, lightly toasted
• 1 can (15 oz) natural pumkin puree
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
