  • 1 ounce collard greens, chiffonade and blanched
  • Bacon Lardons, as needed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon whole coriander seed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Black and white sesame seeds, toasted, as needed
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • ¼ piece lemongrass
  • 1 head of garlic, halved horizontally
  • 1 onion peeled, cut into pieces
  • 1 red radish, sliced thin and reserved in cold water
  • Tobanjan, spicy (optional)
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1, 1-inch piece ginger, peeled, sliced
