Shiitake-Ya™ : Italian Shiitake Soup

Ingredients

• 3 cups Shiitake-Ya™ Shiitake Slices
• *you can use Shiitake-Ya™ Gourmet Mushroom Blend instead
• 6 cups of water
• 2 cans garbanzo beans
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2/3 cup chopped parsley
• 4 beef bouillon cubes
• 4 carrots, thinly sliced
• 1 tbs ground sage
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 pounds mild Italian sausages, casings removed
