• 4 small tomatillos,husked and finely diced
• 1 cup English cucumber, finely diced (250 mL)
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
• 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (30 mL)
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1 lime, zest and juice
• 1 Tbsp canola oil (15 mL)
• 1 tsp granulated sugar (5 mL)
