Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup white chocolate, melted and cooled
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• Icing:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 cups icing sugar
• 1 pkg sweetened flaked coconut (about 2 cups/500mL)
