• 1 tbsp milk (15 mL)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 mL)
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (300 mL)
• 1/2 tsp baking soda (2 mL)
• pinch salt
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine (15 mL)
• 1 tbsp HERSHEY'S Cocoa (15 mL)
• 1 tbsp water (approx.) (15 mL)
• 1/2 cup icing sugar (125 mL)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2 mL)
