• 75g melted coconut oil or soft butter, plus extra for greasing
• 4 medium ripe bananas, mashed
• 4 large eggs, at room temperature
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 200g ground almonds
• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 x 28g pack basil, leaves only, finely chopped (optional)
• 200g full-fat So Organic soft cheese
• 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 2-3 tsp lemon juice
