Ingredients

• 500g Our Farm Angus beef Eye Fillet Steaks
• 1tbs fresh ginger, peeled, grated finely
• 1tbs olive oil
• 200g dry rice noodles
• 200g cherry tomatoes, sliced thinly
• 1 cup mint and coriander leaves
• Fried shallots, to serve
• 2 tbs soy sauce
• 2 tbs sesame oil
• 2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted plus extra to serve
• 1tbs honey
• 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
• 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, chopped finely
• 2 spring onions, chopped finely, plus extra to serve
