Ingredients

• 2 medium potatoes
• 500 g baby spinach leaves
• 2 medium onions – sliced
• 1 medium tomato
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp garlic paste
• 4 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 green chilli chopped (de-seed for less heat)
