- 100g (1/2) white sugar
- 250g (2 cups) plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg +1 egg yolk (slightly beaten)
- 180g (1 cup) chocolate - coarsely chopped
