Ingredients

• 1.5 kg milk veal
• 1 kg stew onions
• 70 g KYKNOS tomato paste (you will find it in a paper package or in a disposable aluminium sachet)
• 370g Chopped tomatoes in tomato juice KYKNOS
• 1/3 cup Olive oil
• 1 daphne leaf
• 4 grains of allspice
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1/3 cup red wine
• 1 ts red vinegar
• salt & pepper
