• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 3 vegan egg replacers
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 4.4 oz. containers blueberries
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup vegan mini chocolate chips (optional but delicious!)
