• 2 teaspoons sugar
• ¾ cup+ 2 Tablespoons whole milk
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 Tablespoons sanding sugar
• 2.5 tablespoons unsalted butter-melted and slightly cooled
