• 1½ cups (214 g) pitted cherries, fresh or frozen (if using frozen thaw in a strainer and pat dry); quartered
• 4 strips lemon zest
• ¼ tsp (2 ml) pure almond extract
• 1 cup (226 g) brick-style cream cheese, room temperature
• ½ cup (125 ml) sour cream
• ⅓ cup (80 ml) milk
• 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp (15 g) graham cracker crumbs
