Ingredients
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp five spice powder
- 600g veal fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup AYAM™ Plum Sauce
- ½ tsp AYAM™ Sesame Oil
- Firstly, combine the ginger, the garlic, the plum sauce, the sesame oil and the five spice in a large bowl.
- Add the veal and turn well to coat.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes (a few hours for better result).
- Remove the veal from fridge. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan to medium and add the veal. Cook for around 3 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Transfer the veal to the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes, until cooked the way you like it.
- Once it is cook, stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- This veal is just perfect served with vegetables and salad.
