Beef Kabobs with Peaches Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 peaches, peeled, pitted and halved
• Juice from peaches being peeled and cut
• 1/2 cup cooking or salad oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
• 1 teaspoons salt
• Few grains black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in 2 inch squares
• 12 cooked small whole onions
• 2 green peppers, cut in 2 inch squares
