Ingredients

• 3 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 cups chopped, canned tomatoes drained (optional)
• 1/4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
• 2.50 tbsp of sugar
• 1.75 tsp of salt
• 4 cups of bread flour
• 2 tsp of shredded fresh basil or 4 teaspoons of dried basil
• 2 ¼ tsp of bread machine yeast
