Mini Boston Cream Pies recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• 6 eggs, extra large
• 1 and ¾ cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 and ¼ cups flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 180g butter
• ¾ cup milk
• 2 Tablespoons oil
• 3 Tablespoons maizena (corn flour), mix in a ¼ cup milk
• 3 cups full cream milk
• 4 tablespoons sugar/condensed milk
• 1 egg, whisked well
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ½ cup fresh cream
• 2 Tablespoons glucose syrup
• 100g bar Lindt dark chocolate, finely chopped
