• 1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) melted butter
• 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) whipping cream
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh thyme (or 1 tsp (5mL) dried)
