• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 cups flour
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 2 cups shredded dried coconut
• 16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 8 ounces butter, at room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 32 ounces powdered sugar
• 14 small chocolate eggs, best are candy coated ones in robin's egg blue
• 1 cup shredded dried coconut
