Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (40 g) kasha
• 2 tbsp salted pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 tbsp butter
• 6 cups (900 g) sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 5 cups (1.25 litres) chicken broth
