Hotteok are Korean 'honey' filled pancakes (most of the time it's just brown sugar mixed with nuts) that are most often sold as a street food in Korea.

- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Instant Dried Yeast
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Extra Oil for frying
- Extra Flour for rolling
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Walnuts crushed
- 1 tbsp Peanuts crushed
- 1 tbsp Toastes Sesame Seeds
