Ingredients

• 1 lb (450 g) lean ground pork
• ¼ cup (30 g) breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 pinch ground cloves
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 ½ cups (375 ml) chicken broth
• ½ cup (125 ml) cranberry sauce or jelly
• 10 soft wheat tortillas, about 5 inches (12.5 cm) in diameter, warmed
• 2 cups (120 g) iceberg lettuce
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley (optional)
